Football Backs is a new poster series from talented Manchester-based illustrator Mark McKenny. As Mark himself puts it:
The idea was simple. Player profiles, but from behind. When a new player signs for a club, we see so much of their face, yet the backs of their shirts are what we the fans become most familiar with. Certain names can take some time getting used to, for example Balotelli at Liverpool, would never have predicted that one. There are 6 in the series, 6 of the better new signings to embrace the Premier League this season.
