Some excellent illustrations created by Irish graphic designer Barry Downes.
Created for Backpagefootball.com’s Top 50 Players in the World 2013, the illustrations are minimal in design yet executed to perfection. There are no facial details yet each player is in a familiar pose and instantly recognisable, all mixed with the club colours or crest design.
