Italian manufacturer Erreà Sport have been producing some beautiful unique kit wear as of late, but with the release of Parma Calcio’s 3rd kit they have just stolen the show. Parma’s new 3rd kit is a never before seen combination of boldness and tradition, a charcoal grey background enriched by the dynamic, central cross in blue and yellow of Parma’s colours, with a nod to the history of the club on the shoulders.
Everything about this kit oozes class. I’ve always been a fan of black or dark grey kits enhanced by elements of colour, from Roma’s classic 2011 3rd kit to Lecce’s 3rd of 2010, and this will go down as one of the best. The toned stripes of the yellow and blue cross create a striking movement effect, while the monochrome white logos contrast very nicely with the overwhelming black. On the back a phoenix features with the words Parma Calcio, an indelible symbol of the new life of a club back where it belongs in the Italian top flight. Stunning.
The new shirt will be available as a limited edition without the main sponsor starting from 25th July 2018 on ParmaCalcio1913.com, and also at official club stores at the Stadio Tardini.
