Italian giants AC Milan have unveiled a new visual brand identity ahead of the 2019/20 season
The new visual brand identity marks a new era for the club with various design updates across all platforms and media. Inspired by the club’s long and storied heritage, the new identity is based around the distinctive oval shaped crest to symbolise the club’s worldwide fanbase.
The new rebrand is the work of London-based branding and creative agency Dixonbaxi, founded by Simon Dixon and Aporva Baxi, with inspiration taken from the history of the Milan-based club as well as other areas ranging from fashion, lifestyle and Italian culture.
The new identity is visible across all Milan’s online and club visuals from their social media, website, ticketing and commercial outlets. The San Siro stadium, Casa Milan and Milanello have also been updated with the new look.
